Tonight's TV tips: Versailles, EastEnders and Corrie
What to watch and review on Friday, March 28.
Coronation Street (7.30 & 8.30pm) The creepy grooming of sweet 16 year-old Bethany continues apace as she is led into the bedroom by Nathan’s mate Neil. Is this really the sort of thing people want to watch early in the evening? You decide.
EastEnders (BBC1, 8pm) What plans does the Queen Vic’s new financial controller Fi Browning (Lisa Faulkner) have for Britain’s most overstaffed pub? She could sack half of them and they’d still struggle to fit behind the bar. Meanwhile, stupid Stephen organises yet another rubbish romantic evening for career girl without a career Lauren.
Versailles (BBC2, 9pm) Raunchy business as usual at the court of Louis XIV as the bonking monarch’s pregnant mistress humiliates the Queen. Unsurprisingly, the bishop fears for the immoral King’s immortal soul.
