The Level

Coronation Street (ITV, 7.30 and 8.30pm) Morally challenged Todd decides to resign as chief salesman for Phelan’s non-existent housing project. And his dim mum Eileen still doesn’t know she’d being conned.

The Level (ITV, 9pm) Start of yet another police drama. But this one shows real promise. When a shady businessman is murdered one of the investigating detectives is dangerously close to the crime. An all-star cast including Philip Glenister, Downton Abbey’s Rob James-Collier, former EastEnder Lindsey Coulson and Misfits actress Karla Crome.
