What to watch on Thursday, June 10.
Peaky Blinders (BBC2, 9pm) An explosive finale as Brummie gangster Tommy Shelby plans the big robbery with his Russian accomplices. But who can he trust? The good news for fans is this uniquely risqué period drama has been recommissioned for two more series. Does it deserve it?
New Blood (BBC1, 9pm) Although the plot about an evil drug company isn’t the most original idea, I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed episode one of Anthony Horowitz’s well written saga of murder and skulduggery. Do you agree? Or am I wrong?
Big Brother (Channel 5, 9pm) Edited highlights of the wannabes’ first day in TV’s house of horror. How is this series shaping up? Is it full of the same old delusional losers? Or is the outlook bright?
